This past week turned out to be more busy
than I thought it would be.
Peaches are in season, so made a peach pie,
oh so yummy.
No plans for our USA Labor Day weekend.
My son is helping a friend move,
so that is his big project. Weather is warm
and this is a good thing as my sister's
garden still have tomato's to ripen.
I tried a new card design layout. Kept it
more simple but yet it still holds some
style to the card. Fall is a fun season for
warm and bright colors.

Hello everyone, I have had a few busy
days the past couple weeks, and have
not been online much.
But I have managed to makes a few cards
along the way.
There is nothing more fun than to have
friends over for some tea and treats.
I used Copic pens for my colors. Flowers
from WOC. Ribbon, charms and papers
from my stash.
I use a stick pin and added a couple beads
to add some fun colors.

Fall is coming and the sunflowers are
in bloom. Tilda is enjoying her Sunflower.

The Sunflower has a neat history.
It was mainly produced by our
Native Americans for food and
medical purposes.
When travelors came from
Europe and other areas it is found
that Russia took on the farming of
this plant for its oil.
Even today many acres of sunflowers
are harvested for its oil properties.
Native Americans used the sunflower
to thicken stews made over the fire pit.
We enjoy the yummy taste of sunflower
seeds as a healthy snack.

Good morning everyone, this was a fun
card to design.
It is a tri fold card. I chose red and purple
to be my main colors. This is when the card
is closed, I used a purple paper clip.
Now this is when the card is open.
The CS is Real Red and Eggplant Envy with the ribbon Real Red from SU. Bows from
my stash. Tilda is colored with Copic pens.
Skin is E01 E11 & R83 Hair is E19 E97 & YR21
Socks and shoes BV00 BV08 & V17
Dress is R43 & R46.
It took me all afternoon to do this
card as I had a hard time deciding what to
put where...LOL Hope you like my fun card.
It is hot here in my part of the world, last
night at 8pm it was still 90*
But only suppose to be 86 today. This is
good weather to rippen our tomato's
and other veggies in my sister's garden.
