Summer Days ~ Tilda

Our days here in the NW of Oregon are warm and muggy. I had to put fans on to get some air moving.

Our poor US is really suffering a severe drought. Food prices will be soring through the roof as they say. I could use a nice day at the beach. But with gas prices so very high, I have to watch
my budget. My sister had an idea of three of us going and splitting the gas and that will
make it possible.

So until then, I enjoyed making this card and thinking of the beach.

Happy Summer Days for Tilda.
Colored in Copic pens, Skin E00 E11 & R81. Hair Y11 Y32 Y35 & YR 24.
Boots B000 & B34. Top Y06 & YR16. Shorts B36 & B45. Bows and Life Ring B34 & C00.
Light house and fish charm from my collection. Flowers from WOC. Magic mesh, sea shells, ribbon
silver chain all from my stash. Sand Piper stamp and CS from SU.

Wishing everyone a special day to create fun cards. Oh btw, many thanks for the input on adhesives. All great information.

Note: for some reason I cannot access your emails for personal contacts. Some have asked for my snail mail address....

  6. Sweet card, Doreen. I love Tilda's hair color and adorable polka dot shirt. Love the seaside theme of your card. Makes me want to go to the beach too but I'm land-locked in Colorado.

  7. Makes me want to head out to the beach. I know what you mean about temperatures and gas prices. Yikes! It is suppose to be 106 degrees in my neck of the woods today.
